Review: Rimmel Scandaleyes Liner | JanBlog #29

How are we all? Today I want to talk about a waterproof eyeliner I have so much about. This is the Rimmel Scandaleyes pencil in nude.  This nude liner is all the rage at the moment. I can definitely see why.





When I look any eye look and I’m not putting dark liner on my water line I use this nude pencil. The idea is to make you look more awake.  I know before this trend, many used a white liner, especially the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk. I found that too harsh and made you look WIDE AWAKE, like 5 cans of Red Bull awake.



It is a nice nude and these are so creamy. Are they waterproof? I don’t think so. I have seen it disappear after 2/3 hours on me but it is great on the inner corner and brow bone too. I would recommend buying it to try at least.  They’re on offer in Boots for £2.99 at the moment and usually retail for £3.99. Not a bad price at all.

Want to know what I think is better from popular brand NYX? I am a huge fan of NYX. I love that whilst they have some dupes for higher end products they have a tonne of their own original products. The Soft Matte Lip Creams are an almost moussey feeling lip cream. I mean they don't call it a cream for nothing. I would highly recommend using a lip balm previous to applying this product. It dries matte so if there are any dry patches, it will sink into them. Whilst on the lips I would let it dry and apply as many coats as you like. I would typically use two. My Acne Story | LUSH Grease Lightning

Hello loves,  Well I have a different kind of post today. It is about my acne and a product I tested to try help it out.  I mentioned this in my Top 5 LUSH products post just this week. It is one of a kind. I am about to share some rather honest pictures so look away if you're easily offended.  My skin is oily in the t-zone area and can be dry elsewhere. It is also quite sensitive and I have redness on my jawline that can sometimes be quite visible. Good Afternoon, Well it has been a minute since I done a review here. I will explain in a post next week where I have been and all that. So, I have always been a huge fan of the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. It is my absolute favourite eyelid primer.
